Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to xTool

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking information for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
